Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) for our PULL&BEAR store located in Mall of Berlin. This is a full-time, permanent position where your leadership will transform strategy into tangible results on the sales floor every day.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will act as the bridge between people, operational performance, and processes. Your duties include leading teams, nurturing talent, and ensuring that commercial objectives are actively pursued and achieved daily. You will maintain constant focus on sales figures, customer service standards, and store atmosphere. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will make key decisions, prioritize tasks, and continuously advance the store's success—your influence will be evident in team dynamics, sales floor activity, and business results.
