Department Manager – Limerick

Position Overview

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 39 working hours per week at our Limerick store. Flexibility across 5 working days including weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards in store operations and visual presentation.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to spot opportunities, set targets, and develop strategies to enhance profitability and optimize inventory levels.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of your team members while cultivating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
• Stay informed of your store’s strengths and areas needing improvement; maintain awareness of local competitors and understand community needs.

Collaboration and Team Environment

Work closely within a dynamic store team, including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, to create an inspiring experience for customers and colleagues alike. Partner with area teams and head office departments to support overall store and company success.
