Role Overview
Join a vibrant team at Lion New Zealand as a Demand Planner, positioned at the core of iconic brands like Steinlager, Speight’s, Wither Hills, and Hyoketsu. Situated in Fanshawe Street, Auckland, this permanent full-time role reports to the Demand Leader and actively supports the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Key Responsibilities
The Demand Planner is responsible for creating and communicating accurate demand forecasts and plans spanning medium to long term horizons (12 to 36 months). Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply teams, you’ll enhance the planning process and contribute to innovation projects.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in demand planning, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical abilities with an aptitude for translating insights into actionable business and customer results.
- Robust problem-solving skills focused on delivering effective solutions.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and capable of building trusted business partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to all organizational levels.
- Proficient in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
