Delivery Team Associate

Position Overview

The role of Delivery Team Associate is essential to Walmart's Online Grocery Delivery and Pick-Up service. This position involves loading and unloading merchandise from delivery vehicles, ensuring efficient transport of goods, and confirming delivery with customers to guarantee satisfaction with their orders.

Compensation and Work Details

The hourly wage ranges between $14.50 and $27.50, with the actual pay not falling below the legal minimum for the job location. Additional financial incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses as well as premiums for specific factors such as schedules, seasons, and facilities, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if criteria are met.

Work shifts available are Mid-Shift and Closing hours. The job location is Walmart Supercenter #2136 at 801 James Madison Hwy, Culpeper, VA 22701.
