Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #1547 in Lafayette, IN, you play a crucial role in shaping customers' initial and final impression of the store. Your responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, using equipment to transport carts inside the store, and keeping carts clean and sanitary, all while maintaining a positive attitude regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation
- The hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27, always meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements for the location.
- Additional performance incentives may be awarded annually or quarterly.
- Extra pay premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour could apply under certain conditions such as shifts, facility specifics, seasons, or job duties; multiple premiums may be combined if criteria are met.
Work Schedule
Positions are available for full-time or part-time employment with shifts including mid-shift and closing hours.
