Delivery Supervisor

Job Overview

The Delivery Supervisor role involves managing the hiring and onboarding of delivery personnel within the allocated area. The supervisor is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, providing comprehensive job-related information, and overseeing the joining process.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit delivery boys for the designated region and manage their daily joining procedures.
• Source potential delivery candidates within the assigned territory.
• Explain job roles, salary, incentives, and operational processes to candidates clearly.
• Conduct interviews and perform initial screening of applicants.
• Complete joining formalities for selected delivery personnel.
• Monitor daily attendance and performance of delivery team members.
• Understand and address delivery staff issues, coordinating with company departments to find resolutions.
• Prepare daily reports on hiring and joining activities.
• Meet recruitment targets for delivery personnel hiring.
• Conduct field recruitment and candidate sourcing activities on-site.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Competence in handling candidates and managing teams.
• Experience in recruitment or delivery operations is a preferred advantage.
• Basic geographical knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to work towards set recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with smartphones and WhatsApp usage.

Additional Information

Experience in delivery or field recruitment is preferred; however, fresh candidates with strong communication and candidate handling skills are also welcome to apply.

Monthly salary range is between 12,000 to 15,000 INR.
