IIQAF Group is a hospitality company operating in Doha, Qatar, currently seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Delivery Rider for full-time employment. The role involves handling deliveries across various hospitality venues including restaurants, hotels, and offices in the Doha metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and punctual delivery of food, beverages, restaurant meals, catering supplies, packages, and documents.
• Collect orders from designated points such as restaurants, hotels, kitchens, warehousing, and catering centers.
• Authenticate orders by cross-verifying delivery notes, invoices, and instructions before departing.
• Maintain the integrity, presentation, and cleanliness of food and beverage items throughout transport.
• Conduct daily inspections on motorcycles covering tires, brakes, lights, fuel, mirrors, and overall bike condition.
• Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, traffic violations, or safety hazards encountered during operations.
• Adhere rigorously to Qatar traffic laws, road safety standards, motorcycle operation rules, and internal company protocols.
• Manage returned, canceled, rejected, or undelivered orders following organizational policies.
• Provide support during high-demand periods including special events, catering, and busy hospitality moments.

Qualification and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Possession of a valid Qatar motorcycle driving license or an equivalent legal permit suitable for the vehicle.
• Prior experience in delivery roles such as Delivery Rider, Motorcycle Rider, Bike Courier, Food Delivery Rider, Delivery Driver, Courier, or similar positions preferred.
• Familiarity with the hospitality sector, including experience in food delivery, hotel services, catering, e-commerce, courier, or logistics is advantageous.
• Excellent understanding of Doha’s geography, major routes, traffic patterns, and neighborhoods.
• Proficient with GPS devices, Google Maps, navigation tools, and mobile delivery applications.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and a professional approach to order accuracy and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment demanding punctuality and teamwork.
• Availability to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak seasonal times.

Skills Required

• Accuracy in delivery and order verification.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for handling delivery challenges.
• Maintenance of delivery records and logs including mileage tracking.
