Delivery Partner

Position Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Delivery Partners in Jaipur to ensure parcels are delivered safely and on schedule. The role involves picking orders from local hubs and delivering them securely to customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect parcels from hubs, organize the route efficiently, and deliver them punctually to customers.
• Collect payments for Cash on Delivery orders either in cash or via UPI/QR code payments through the delivery app.
• Update parcel status, obtain OTPs, and capture customers' digital signatures via the delivery application.
• Communicate courteously with customers and confirm accurate delivery addresses.
• Manage undelivered parcels, return pickups, and deposit collected cash at the hub at the end of each shift.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th standard.
• Must have own motorcycle or scooter in working condition.
• Possess a good Android smartphone (version 8.0 or above) with internet connectivity.
• Familiarity with Jaipur's local streets, neighborhoods, and major landmarks.
• Physically capable of carrying parcel bags weighing between 10 to 15 kilograms.
• Possession of valid driving license, vehicle registration certificate, insurance documents, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank passbook or cancelled cheque for salary processing.

Additional Information

• Fixed monthly salary ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 28,000, including fixed pay, petrol allowance, and per-delivery incentives.
