Delivery Executive / Delivery Partner

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented delivery executives to join a rapidly expanding quick-commerce fulfillment network. The core responsibility involves ensuring secure, prompt, and precise doorstep delivery of groceries and daily necessities from Blinkit stores to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver grocery orders promptly from specified Blinkit store hubs to customer locations.
• Handle all products, including perishables and delicate items, with care during transportation.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules, maintain safe driving practices, and utilize GPS navigation for route accuracy.
• Offer courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Utilize the Blinkit Partner Mobile App to track orders, monitor earnings, and manage shift timings.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• No specific educational qualifications are required.
• Must own or have access to a two-wheeler (motorcycle, scooter, electric scooter) or bicycle.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with internet connectivity is essential.
• Required documents: Valid driving license (for motorized two-wheelers), Aadhaar card, PAN card, and active bank account details for earnings transfer.

Compensation & Benefits

• Potential to earn between ₹25,000 and ₹45,000+ monthly, depending on order volume, distance covered, and hours worked.
• Flexible schedules available, including full-time, part-time, weekend, and night shifts.
• Additional incentives such as daily order target bonuses, weekly performance rewards, and shift allowances.
• Coverage under accidental and medical insurance for active delivery partners.
