About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding quick-commerce fulfillment network as a Delivery Executive. This role requires energetic and punctual individuals dedicated to delivering groceries and daily essentials swiftly and securely to customers' doorsteps.

Responsibilities

• Collect grocery orders promptly from designated store hubs and deliver them efficiently to customers' residences.
• Handle all products with care, including fresh and delicate items, to prevent damage during transportation.
• Adhere strictly to local traffic laws and practice safe driving while using GPS navigation to follow accurate routes.
• Interact courteously and professionally with customers during delivery to provide excellent service.
• Operate the delivery partner mobile app to track orders, monitor earnings, and record shift timings.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• No educational qualifications are mandatory; open to all candidates.
• Ownership or access to a two-wheeler (motorcycle, scooter, electric scooter) or bicycle is required.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with internet connectivity is necessary.
• Mandatory documents include a valid driving license (for motorized vehicles), Aadhaar card, PAN card, and an active bank account for earnings payouts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings range from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000+ depending on orders completed, distance traveled, and working hours.
• Flexible working hours with options for full-time, part-time, weekend, or night shifts.
• Additional incentives such as daily order target bonuses, weekly performance-based incentives, and shift allowances.
• Provision of accidental and medical insurance coverage for active delivery partners.
