Delivery Executive / Delivery Partner

Position Summary

We seek motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented Delivery Executives to join our expanding quick-commerce fulfillment network. As a Delivery Partner, you will ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of groceries and daily essentials from Blinkit stores to customers' doorsteps.

Key Duties

• Collect grocery orders promptly from assigned Blinkit store hubs and deliver them efficiently to customer locations.
• Handle items carefully, including fresh produce and fragile goods, during transportation to prevent damage.
• Adhere to local traffic rules, practice safe driving, and navigate routes accurately using GPS tools.
• Maintain courteous and professional customer interaction during deliveries.
• Utilize the Blinkit Partner Mobile App to track orders, monitor earnings, and record shift attendance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Open to all educational backgrounds; no specific degree required.
• Ownership or access to a two-wheeler vehicle (motorcycle, scooter, electric scooter) or bicycle.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
• Valid documents including driving license (for motorized two-wheelers), Aadhaar card, PAN card, and active bank account for payment processing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn between ₹25,000 and ₹45,000+ monthly, based on completed deliveries, distance covered, and hours worked.
• Flexible work schedules available including full-time, part-time, weekend, and night shifts.
• Additional incentives through daily order bonuses, weekly performance rewards, and shift allowances.
• Accidental and medical insurance coverage provided for active delivery partners.
