Role Overview

The Delivery Driver role goes beyond basic transportation duties, involving indoor and outdoor tasks such as driving, installing, and guiding customers on product usage. Being store-based, drivers assist with moving, installing, and collecting store merchandise, creating varied daily interactions within the community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Loading, securing, and protecting merchandise during transit
• Unloading, installing, and demonstrating products to customers
• Operating delivery vehicles safely and responsibly
• Providing support to store operations as needed

Required Qualifications and Abilities

• Minimum age of 21 in the U.S. (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) certification standards in the U.S.
• Capable of physically handling job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance
• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions, including rain and heat
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
• No overnight travel requirements
