Job Overview

Delivery Drivers play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service by handling fast-paced store-based tasks including transporting, installing, moving, and retrieving merchandise. Drivers also provide product demonstrations, help maintain store operations, and engage with customers in the surrounding community.

Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, and secure products properly, utilizing safe driving practices for company vehicles.
• Unload, install, and provide demonstrations of merchandise.
• Support store housekeeping by organizing and cleaning merchandise areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily route records and weekly maintenance logs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 in the United States; 18 in Canada.
• Possess a valid state driver's license and meet the company's Driver Qualification Policy standards, including a clean motor vehicle record.
• Obtain DOT certification if applicable based on the job location.
• Flexible to work varied hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 300 pounds with equipment or team assistance.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain and heat.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling household furniture and appliances.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent credential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
