Key Responsibilities

• Drive safely to deliver orders accurately within assigned delivery zones.
• Operate all store equipment as needed.
• Stock supplies and ingredients from delivery areas to storage, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare menu items following company standards.
• Handle telephone orders efficiently and accurately.
• Perform inventory counts and complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store daily.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a safe driving record meeting company criteria, with documentation of at least 2 years licensed driving in the U.S.
• Proudly comply with restrictions on violations and accidents per company policy.
• Access to a properly insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong navigational skills to locate delivery addresses, including multi-story buildings and uneven terrain.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities over phone and in-person interactions.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and making correct change.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, climb stairs or ladders, stoop, bend, crouch and perform repetitive hand movements required for food assembly and delivery tasks.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to various weather conditions, temperature changes between cooler and warm areas, food odors, and dust.
• Physical demands include standing most of the day, walking short distances, lifting products up to 50 pounds, and continuous hand usage for food prep and delivery tools.

Training and Advancement

Vehicle Requirements and Safety

• Periodic inspections of delivery vehicles including headlights, tires, brakes, mirrors, and other safety components are mandatory to ensure safe operation.
• Any vehicle failing inspection may not be used for deliveries.
