About the Company and Role

IIQAF Group, operating in the hospitality sector, is looking for a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to join their team in Sydney, New South Wales. This full-time position offers a competitive salary adjusted according to experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and transport food, beverages, catering items, supplies, and other hospitality products securely to customers and designated locations.
• Ensure deliveries are completed punctually and accurately within scheduled timeframes.
• Adhere to assigned routes and leverage GPS and navigation tools to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, receipts, and customer details prior to departure.
• Properly pack and secure orders to preserve quality and presentation during transport.
• Handle all hospitality products with care during loading, transit, and unloading processes.
• Confirm orders by securing customer signatures or electronic proof of delivery when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor throughout interactions.
• Appear professional and uphold a positive attitude when representing IIQAF Group.
• Protect sensitive customer information and maintain confidentiality related to delivery orders and details.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid Australian driver's licence applicable to the delivery vehicle used.
• Previous experience in roles such as Delivery Driver, Food Delivery Driver, Catering Delivery Driver, Van Driver, Courier Driver, or within hospitality delivery is preferred.
• Background in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, catering, food and beverage sectors, logistics, courier services, or delivery operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple deliveries and adjust to shifting priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge and adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, and periods of high demand.
