Delivery Driver

About the Role

Join the team at Domino's as a delivery driver and become part of the world’s leading pizza delivery company. You will play a key role in providing hot, fresh food with prompt delivery and excellent customer care. Company vehicles are available for your use.

Key Responsibilities

• Check personal bank funds daily (under $20, including coins).
• Maintain and restock the driver station and beverage cooler, following FIFO methods; assist with food preparation.
• Ensure safe and timely deliveries, including customer callbacks and efficient drop-offs.
• Provide excellent customer service both at the door and inside the store including friendly greetings, proper change exchange, and thanking customers.
• Answer phone calls promptly, ideally within two rings.
• Contribute to store cleanliness and overall positive environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes and be proficient in operating a mobile device.
• Strong navigation skills, able to read maps and locate customer addresses efficiently.
• Good communication abilities with both team members and customers.
• Flexible availability and openness to managerial instructions.
• Minimum age of 18 years, comfortable navigating diverse terrains including multi-level buildings.
