About NAPA and the Role

This position primarily involves delivering parts and products to customers in the Penrose area of Auckland. When not on delivery routes, the individual will support branch operations by assisting with sales transactions and preparing orders for dispatch.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, totaling 42.4 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deliveries of automotive parts and products efficiently and safely within the Penrose area.
• Assist with processing sales and preparing customer orders for dispatch when not delivering.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Must hold a clean, full driver's license.
• Previous experience in customer service or delivery roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is advantageous.
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Effective communication skills accompanied by great attention to detail.
• Positive, dependable team player attitude.
