Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical and mechanical support related to automotive parts to both trade and retail clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships built on trust and knowledge.
- Demonstrate outstanding sales capabilities and problem-solving skills using current product knowledge and information.
- Deliver genuine customer service that creates meaningful and memorable experiences for customers.
- Operate confidently in a busy phone-based customer support role.
- Maintain awareness of safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts or mechanical roles is essential.
- A strong passion for customer service and a background in sales are required.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive problem solving with a solutions-focused mindset and solid computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated team player who is also capable of independent work.
- Flexibility and availability to work additional days as needed, including Monday to Friday and some half Saturdays on a roster.
