Delivery Coordinator - Honda Red Deer

About the Role

Honda Red Deer is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join their energetic team following a recent internal promotion. This role offers an excellent opportunity to transition into a sales position in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the delivery process for all new and used vehicles at the dealership.
• Provide thorough knowledge and clear explanations of vehicle operations to customers.
• Manage client setups efficiently to ensure seamless Experiences.
• Carry out new and Certified Pre-Owned delivery checklists for every customer.
• Conduct secondary deliveries when needed.
• Conduct client introductions and dealership walkthroughs, including parts and service areas, during vehicle delivery.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to check for watermarks, footprints, or dirty windows.
• Ensure no unauthorized devices such as Beam Dongles are connected to the vehicle’s OBDII port.
• Follow up with customers for any additional deliveries and to solicit reviews, surveys, and customer satisfaction scores aiming for 10/10 ratings.
• Maintain vending and merchandising of showroom vehicles, including ensuring vehicles are charged.
• Create content for dealership social media platforms.
• Handle check-ins for transport drops in the absence of lot staff.
• Manage home deliveries and assist service customers with technology-related concerns.
• Support lot staff in vehicle movement when necessary.
• Take care of plate registrations and organize demonstration vehicles.
