Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage smaller projects or targeted segments within larger engagements by formulating clear action plans, monitoring progress through defined metrics, and conducting in-depth analyses.
- Develop actionable operational roadmaps by refining processes consistent with global standards.
- Enhance organizational knowledge by documenting project learnings and disseminating insights to teams.
- Build client capabilities through ongoing coaching to ensure sustainable improvements beyond project completion.
- Specialize in one or more service areas, becoming a subject matter expert within your sector or function.
- Customize your development pathway by participating in formal trainings and collaborating with seasoned partners aligned with your interests.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives supporting clients in sectors undergoing rapid change by integrating agility, efficiency, and employee engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or related disciplines, demonstrated by strong academic results.
- At least two years of experience in consulting or business roles, highlighted by a record of achievement and commitment to growth.
- Preferred experience in Oil & Gas, Banking/Financial Services, or Telecommunications sectors.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects of small to medium scale successfully.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities combined with strong relationship management and client service focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel across African regions as required.
