About the Role

Swiggy is actively recruiting Delivery Partners who will be responsible for collecting orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or other partner retailers and delivering them promptly and safely to customers. This opportunity offers adaptable work hours and earnings that depend on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept delivery requests via the Swiggy Delivery Partner application.
• Collect orders from designated restaurants or partner outlets.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Comply with traffic regulations to guarantee safety during deliveries.
• Safeguard food and other items to prevent damage or spillage.
• Engage with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Keep the delivery status and related information updated within the app.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving licence (not always required for bicycle deliveries depending on location).
• Ownership of a motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle as needed per city.
• A smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Basic familiarity with local geography and routes.
• Possession of Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a bank account for onboarding processes.
