Delivery Executive / Delivery Partner

Position Overview

Swiggy is seeking motivated and dependable Delivery Partners to join our fleet in Varanasi. This role involves collecting food, grocery, and package orders from merchant locations and delivering them promptly to customers using the Swiggy Partner App.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve food, groceries (via Instamart), or packages from partner restaurants and stores and deliver them to customers in a timely fashion.
• Utilize GPS navigation through the Swiggy Partner App to determine the quickest delivery routes.
• Interact courteously and professionally with customers during deliveries to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Verify order contents at pickup points to ensure accuracy and package security before dispatching.
• Comply with traffic regulations, ride safely, and follow food hygiene and delivery protocols strictly.

Minimum Requirements and Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a personal two-wheeler vehicle (bike/scooter), electric vehicle (EV), or bicycle.
• Own an Android smartphone with active internet access and GPS functionality.
• Have basic reading proficiency in English or the local regional language to operate the app effectively.
• Hold a valid driver’s license if using a motorized vehicle.
• Possess identification such as Aadhaar Card or Voter ID.
• Submit PAN Card, vehicle registration certificate, and insurance documents.
• Maintain an active bank account for weekly payment transfers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn between ₹35,000 and ₹45,000 monthly, including base pay per order, distance allowance, surge bonuses, and performance incentives.
