Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable Delivery Partners to become part of our delivery fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting food, groceries, and packages from our affiliated stores and restaurants and ensuring their safe and timely delivery to customers using the Swiggy Partner App.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver food, groceries (Instamart), or packages from merchants to customer doorsteps promptly.
• Utilize GPS navigation via the Swiggy Partner App to identify the fastest delivery routes.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during deliveries to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
• Verify order items at pickup points to ensure accuracy and security before dispatch.
• Follow traffic laws, ride safely, and uphold food hygiene and delivery protocols.

Minimum Requirements and Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a personal two-wheeler such as a bike, scooter, electric vehicle (EV), or bicycle.
• Own an Android smartphone with internet connectivity and functional GPS.
• Basic reading ability in English or the local language is necessary for app usage.

Documentation Needed

• Valid driver’s license for motorized vehicle users.
• Identity proof such as Aadhaar Card or Voter ID.
• PAN Card.
• Vehicle registration certificate and insurance documents.
• Active bank account details for weekly remuneration.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly income ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹65,000 depending on orders, distance, surge pricing, and performance incentives.
