Delivery Executive / Delivery Partner

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable Delivery Partners to join our delivery network in Ahmedabad. The role involves collecting food, groceries, and package orders from merchants and ensuring their timely delivery to customer locations by using the designated partner app.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders including food, grocery items (Instamart), and packages from partner restaurants and stores.
• Deliver these orders safely and promptly to customers at their doorsteps.
• Use GPS navigation through the delivery partner app to select the quickest routes for delivery.
• Interact courteously and professionally with customers to uphold a positive brand experience and secure high satisfaction ratings.
• Verify order contents at pickup to confirm packages are accurate and complete before beginning delivery.
• Comply with local traffic laws and safety guidelines, including food hygiene standards and delivery protocols.

Essential Qualifications and Eligibility

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler (bike, scooter), electric vehicle, or bicycle.
• Ownership of an Android smartphone with internet access and functioning GPS.
• Ability to read basic English or local regional language sufficiently to use the partner app.

Required Documentation

• Valid driver’s license for motorized vehicles.
• Proof of identity such as Aadhaar Card or Voter ID.
• PAN card for tax processing.
• Vehicle registration certificate and insurance documents.
• Active bank account details or passbook for weekly payment deposit.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay plus additional earnings from distance allowances, surge pricing during busy periods, and performance-based incentives totaling up to ₹45,000 per month.
