Blinkit is looking for dependable and diligent Delivery Riders to join their nationwide team. Successful applicants will be tasked with picking up grocery and daily essential orders from assigned Blinkit dark stores and ensuring their timely and safe delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from designated Blinkit dark stores accurately.
- Ensure grocery and daily essential items are delivered safely and punctually.
- Handle all products cautiously to avoid damage or spillage.
- Operate the Blinkit Delivery App and use GPS for efficient order handling and navigation.
- Collect payments from customers when needed.
- Update order delivery status promptly through the app.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria and Required Documents
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a personal bike or scooter.
- Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- A responsible and punctual work ethic.
- Necessary documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank account details, and a passport-sized photograph.
Compensation and Additional Information
Salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 per month, supplemented by incentives up to ₹10,000, allowing total earnings potential of ₹50,000 per month. Compensation can vary by location, working hours, delivery volume, performance, and company policies.
