Job description
Position Summary
Blinkit is seeking dependable and diligent Delivery Riders to join its nationwide delivery network across India. The role involves collecting grocery and daily essential orders from designated Blinkit stores and ensuring timely, safe delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from assigned Blinkit Dark Stores.
- Deliver groceries and daily essentials promptly and securely.
- Handle items with care to avoid damage or spillage.
- Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App and GPS for order processing and navigation.
- Collect payment from customers when necessary.
- Update order status through the delivery application.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with all customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- Must own a bike or scooter.
- Possess an Android smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Exhibit responsibility and punctuality.

Job Location and Remuneration
- Hiring across India (PAN India).
- Monthly salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000.
- Additional incentives up to ₹10,000 possible based on location, hours worked, delivery volume, performance, and company policies.
- Total potential earnings up to ₹50,000 monthly.
- Both full-time and flexible working arrangements are available.
