Job Overview

We are searching for dependable, diligent, and accountable Delivery Riders to become part of our delivery team across India. The chosen individuals will be responsible for collecting grocery and daily essentials orders from assigned Blinkit stores and ensuring their safe and timely delivery to customers.

Key Duties

• Pickup orders from designated Blinkit Dark Stores.
• Deliver groceries and daily essential items securely and punctually.
• Handle products with care to avoid any damage or spillage.
• Operate the Blinkit Delivery App along with GPS for efficient order management and navigation.
• Collect payments from customers when necessary.
• Update delivery status using the app promptly.
• Abide by traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a personal bike or scooter.
• Own an Android smartphone with an internet connection.
• Exhibit a responsible, punctual, and disciplined attitude.

Essential Documentation

• Aadhaar Card.
• PAN Card.
• Bank Account Information.
• Passport-size Photograph.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000, supplemented by additional incentives up to ₹10,000, allowing earnings to reach as much as ₹50,000 per month. Salary and incentives depend on the location, allotted work hours, number of deliveries, performance, and company policies.
