Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a Delivery Boy / Delivery Partner to join our team and ensure timely and safe parcel delivery from the dispatch center to customers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect parcels from the designated Delhivery Dispatch Centre.
- Deliver packages safely and punctually to customers.
- Adhere to the given delivery route and shipment schedule daily.
- Handle parcels with care during loading, transit, and delivery.
- Regularly update delivery progress using the Delhivery Partner App.
- Collect cash on delivery payments where applicable and follow prescribed procedures.
- Interact courteously and professionally with customers.
- Obey traffic regulations and drive safely at all times.
- Complete all assigned deliveries and follow processes to return undelivered shipments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a valid Aadhaar and PAN card.
- An active bank account is required.
- Must own an Android smartphone.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler and driving license is mandatory where applicable.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
