About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manager for Compensation & Benefits to join our Human Resources team based in Gurgaon or Noida. This role focuses on leading compensation and benefits strategies throughout the organization, including managing salary frameworks, compensation cycles, benchmarking, and performing compensation analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Compensation & Benefits and will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, leadership teams, and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete annual compensation review and increment process.
  • Assist in salary structuring, revisions, promotion-related compensation, and internal parity analysis.
  • Design, update, and uphold compensation frameworks, salary bands, and guidelines.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market pay analyses to guarantee competitive compensation.
  • Analyze compensation data to offer insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support compensation discussions during hiring and ensure alignment with internal compensation philosophies.
  • Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and routine management information systems (MIS).
  • Analyze pay parity, compensation distribution, attrition patterns, and financial impacts.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to aid compensation decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation-related data within HR information systems.
  • Support budgeting and manpower cost planning from the compensation perspective.
  • Participate in compensation-related projects such as salary structure redesign, creating incentive plans, and drafting policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on compensation requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legal statutes and company policies regarding compensation.

Candidate Profile

  • Between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards management.
  • Preference for candidates with strong core Compensation & Benefits expertise rather than backgrounds primarily in HR Business Partnering, recruitment, or consultancy roles.
  • Experience handling compensation cycles, benchmarking exercises, salary structure development, and compensation data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Capability to interpret compensation-related data and convert it into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
