Field Executive

Overview

Delhivery Logistics Pvt. Ltd. seeks a proactive and driven Fleet On Street (FOS) executive to join their team. The role entails recruiting and onboarding bike riders who will be part of Delhivery's delivery fleet, helping to grow the company's network of delivery personnel.

Key Duties

• Recruit and onboard bike riders for delivery operations.
• Carry out field visits and promotional campaigns to find and engage potential riders.
• Communicate job specifics, including payment structures and incentive plans, to candidates.
• Verify rider documentation and complete the onboarding protocols accurately.
• Meet daily and weekly targets related to onboarding.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year experience in field sales or marketing roles.
• Strong ability to communicate and persuade effectively.
• Must possess a personal bike and hold a valid driving license.
• Self-motivated, confident, and focused on achieving results.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position with predominantly field-based work. The salary range is between 20,000 and 25,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience and company standards.
