Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Boy Biker to handle timely and safe deliveries of parcels, documents, and products. The role involves collecting items from stores or warehouses and ensuring they reach customers efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from assigned stores or warehouses and deliver them to customers promptly.
• Handle cash collection or digital payment processing at the point of delivery as required.
• Confirm accuracy of customer details and delivery addresses before dispatching items.
• Transport goods carefully to avoid damage during transit.
• Maintain professional conduct and good communication with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Abide by traffic regulations and company safety procedures during deliveries.
• Keep the delivery vehicle or bike in proper working condition to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any challenges such as delivery delays, damaged products, or route issues to the supervisor immediately.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Smartphone equipped with internet access and GPS navigation capabilities.
• Basic familiarity with the local geographic area.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and achieve assigned delivery targets.
• Previous experience in delivery roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly remuneration ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000, plus additional incentives or allowances based on company policies and individual performance.
