Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and dedicated Delivery Riders to join our delivery network across India. The selected individuals will be responsible for collecting grocery and daily-essential orders from assigned Blinkit stores and ensuring safe, timely delivery to customers.

Primary Duties

• Pick up orders from designated Blinkit Dark Stores.
• Deliver groceries and daily necessities securely and punctually.
• Handle items with care to avoid damage or spillage.
• Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App and GPS for managing orders and navigation.
• Collect payments from customers as required.
• Update delivery status timely through the app.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ownership of a bike or scooter is mandatory.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with internet access.
• Responsible attitude and punctuality.
• Required Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account details, Passport-size photograph.

Compensation and Location

Salary ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 per month, with additional incentives up to ₹20,000, potentially earning up to ₹90,000 monthly depending on location, working hours, delivery count, performance, and company policies. This position is open for hiring across PAN India with full-time and flexible work options.
