Deli/Bakery Team Associate

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of a Deli/Bakery Team Associate is to prepare high-quality products for customers. Duties include providing excellent customer service at the counter, restocking merchandise onto the sales floor, and ensuring cleanliness while adhering to food safety regulations to maintain team success.

Compensation

Hourly wages range from $16 to $29, with the final rate determined to meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. There are also premium pay opportunities ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on variables such as shift schedule, facility, season, or specific work tasks. Multiple premiums might apply if qualifying criteria overlap.

Work Schedule & Location

Employment is full-time with shifts available during opening and morning hours. This role is based onsite at Walmart Supercenter #712, located at 24833 John T Reid Parkway, Scottsboro, AL 35768, USA.
