Job description
Job Summary
Cart Attendants play a vital role in shaping customer experiences at our Walmart store in Boiling Springs, SC. They are responsible for collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, maneuvering equipment to transfer carts inside the store, as well as ensuring carts are sanitary and clean. This position requires a friendly demeanor and resilience to work in all weather conditions.
Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from $14.50 to $27.50, guaranteed to meet or exceed local minimum wage regulations.
- Additional pay incentives may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Possible wage premiums ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour can be earned based on working schedules, location, seasonality, or specific duties. Multiple premiums can be combined when applicable.
Work Hours and Location
- Positions available for full-time and part-time employment.
- Shifts offered: Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing.
- Based at Walmart Supercenter #2806, 4000 HWY 9, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.
