Position Overview

The Deli/Bakery Team Associate plays a vital role in preparing high-quality food products for customers, assisting them at the service counter, and ensuring merchandise is stocked on the sales floor. Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $29.50, with actual wages meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirement for the Culpeper, VA location. Additional earnings may be earned through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Specific circumstances such as work schedule, location, season, or job duties could result in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and multiple premiums may apply simultaneously.

Available shifts include mid-shift and closing options with employment types offered as full-time or part-time.
