Overview

The Deli Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Deli Department at Centra Patrick's Street Cork, ensuring smooth functioning and delivering top-quality products and services to customers.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of supervisory experience in fresh food environments.
• Minimum two years in roles with significant involvement in fresh food handling.
• Comprehensive training and experience in HACCP and food safety standards and their application.
• Proven ability to manage ordering and waste control within a deli or fresh food department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong numerical aptitude and budgeting skills including staff rostering.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the food sector, coupled with creativity and innovation in fresh food offerings.
• Customer-oriented leadership skills aimed at cultivating a loyal clientele.
• Capable of motivating and guiding team members through support and development.
