Candidate Profile

• At least one year of supervisory experience in fresh food environments.
• Minimum of two years working in roles with significant fresh food exposure.
• Fully trained and experienced in HACCP and food safety standards compliance.
• Proficient in deli department stock ordering and waste management for fresh food.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent numerical capabilities.
• Competent in staff rostering and budget adherence.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passionate about the food industry, demonstrating creativity and innovation in fresh food offerings.
• Customer-focused leader who can cultivate a loyal clientele.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate the deli team through support and development.
