Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping shelves stocked and promptly addressing shopper needs.
• Organize and maintain product displays and shelving to uphold company visual and quality standards.
• Ensure correct product scanning and assist in identifying inventory shortages to aid with reordering processes.
• Implement promotional setups and company-led programs effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in departmental areas while adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Availability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain continuous physical activity throughout a shift.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $17.60 to $18.45 and follows unionized pay rates governed by the collective bargaining agreement. This role is for an existing vacancy. AI technology is utilized in applicant screening and selection.
