Role Overview
We seek a Decision Analyst to join our Operations Reporting & Insights team, transforming data into actionable business decisions. This position goes beyond traditional reporting by collaborating closely with leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and commercial teams to understand business challenges, extract insights, and recommend evidence-based actions that deliver measurable results.
Your main focus will be accelerating the delivery of high-quality insights, enabling stakeholders to swiftly transition from questions to decisions while maintaining accuracy, context, and trust throughout the analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify business problems and decision-making needs.
- Analyze data to discern trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize and deliver timely, decision-ready analytics that allow rapid responses to operational risks and opportunities.
- Support KPI development, performance measurement, and governance of reporting practices.
- Utilize technologies like Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Excel, and AI-enabled analytical tools to generate insights.
- Partner with operational leaders and technical teams to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives throughout Operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Background in business analysis, operations analysis, reporting, or analytics-related roles.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms.
- Relevant academic qualifications in analytics, business, supply chain, operations, finance, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- A proactive attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Experience managing priorities and delivering insights under time constraints without sacrificing quality and credibility.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory, or other operational sectors is highly desirable.
