Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Deburr & Material Handler to join our expanding team in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time contract role offers hourly pay between $18 and $19, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Main Duties
- Eliminate burrs, nicks, and rough edges from sheet metal and steel plates through grinding and deburring.
- Perform various tasks including part cleaning, cutting, and scrap removal.
- Load and unload materials and parts on and off machinery.
- Operate overhead cranes to transport materials and parts safely within the workspace.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating forklifts is required.
- Must have hands-on experience with overhead crane operation.
- Ability to read tape measures accurately.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication and comprehension.
