Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimize MySQL databases, ensuring high performance and reliable data integrity. This role involves monitoring, scripting, backup and recovery, and administration tasks in a Linux environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer MySQL databases focusing on performance tuning and comprehensive backup/recovery procedures.
- Maintain data accuracy and security through continuous monitoring and automation using scripts, Logical Volume Management (LVM), Ansible, and Zabbix.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- Proficiency in managing MySQL databases including replication, patching, cluster management, and migration.
- Experience with Linux system administration and disk management.
- Competence in scripting for automation and monitoring tools like Zabbix and Ansible.
- Understanding of backup strategies and recovery techniques for databases.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between 540,000 and 600,000 INR.
