Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Data Manager, New Graduate, for a full-time position focused on maintaining and managing high-quality datasets for AI model training and evaluation. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and relevance of labeled data, contribute to refining data pipelines, and enhance annotation processes for machine learning purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and ensure consistency and accuracy of human-labeled data used in AI training datasets.
- Detect and resolve annotation discrepancies by cross-checking with source materials and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to improve annotation guidelines and uphold data quality standards.
- Track and report on data labeling performance metrics to monitor progress and recognize patterns.
- Assist with documentation, maintaining detailed records of data sources, labeling instructions, and quality control procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance is preferred.
- Familiarity with fundamental data validation methods and keen attention to detail when evaluating datasets.
- Capability to adhere to structured guidelines and ensure uniformity in data processing tasks.
- Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and the critical role of quality training data.
- Competency in using spreadsheets or data management tools for organizing and tracking information.
