Data Scientist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proficient Data Scientist to create, develop, and implement AI models that facilitate personalized customer engagement across both digital and traditional channels. This position involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to build AI-driven solutions that transform complex structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that improve customer experience and business results.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand and collect business requirements.
• Execute feature engineering on diverse data including customer, product, digital, and behavioral datasets.
• Architect and develop scalable AI models to address business needs.
• Assess AI model effectiveness using both technical criteria and business impact metrics.
• Construct end-to-end model pipelines and perform comprehensive testing to ensure solution robustness.
• Document models thoroughly and prepare detailed testing reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in data science or analytics fields.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python, particularly for text analytics and data manipulation.
• Experience with SQL for querying and managing large databases.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and Generative AI.
• Capability to analyze different data types and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
