Data Scientist

About the Position

As a Data Scientist at Kredivo Group, you will collaborate closely with Analysts and Machine Learning Engineers to design and implement advanced machine learning models. You will assume full responsibility for projects from conception through to deployment, contributing towards innovative solutions in areas such as credit scoring and recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a multidisciplinary team to convert insights and ideas into practical machine learning models.
• Develop prototypes for various machine learning systems, including those for credit scoring and personalized recommendations.
• Conduct research and development aimed at enhancing model performance using unique and extensive datasets.
• Play an active role in advancing the field of Data Science at Kredivo Group.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Hold a degree or have equivalent expertise in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Skilled at creating reliable predictive models using current machine learning methodologies.
• Proficient in Python or R programming languages.
• Experienced with both relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL platforms like Amazon S3.
• Demonstrate strong English communication abilities.

Additional Advantages

• Experience leveraging alternative data sources to assess credit risk.
• Background in developing comprehensive Deep Learning or Natural Language Processing models.
