Data Products Project Manager

Role Summary

We seek a seasoned Data Products Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of data product delivery, including BI solutions, analytics projects, dashboards, and governed data use cases. This position requires a technical project manager capable of bridging business objectives with enterprise data and technology execution. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English.

Primary Duties

• Lead data product projects from gathering requirements to deployment and adoption phases.
• Convert business requirements into detailed roadmaps and actionable delivery plans for data products.
• Manage collaboration among diverse teams such as Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Integration, Privacy, Security, and Governance.
• Evaluate and approve solution designs, technical strategies, deliverables, and vendor proposals ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Guarantee adherence to organization-wide data architecture, quality, metadata, integration, and governance policies.
• Handle prioritization and management of the data product delivery pipeline.
• Supervise testing, user validation, deployment, user adoption, and project handover activities.
• Track product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing projects.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge across Data Architecture, Integration, Quality, Metadata, Governance, Business Intelligence, and Analytics domains.
• Documented success delivering data, BI, analytics, or data product initiatives from inception through completion.
• Capacity to provide technical direction to cross-functional teams and critically assess solution and implementation choices.
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, BI tools, analytics software, or data integration technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Product Owner/Product Manager credentials.
• Experience with Informatica or other data/analytics certification credentials.
