Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Data Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data utilized in artificial intelligence and machine learning models through rigorous quality control and validation processes. You will work closely with diverse teams to uphold high data standards that support automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed manual assessments of AI-generated data to detect errors, irregularities, or biases.
• Edit and annotate data entries to enhance the performance and dependability of models.
• Validate datasets by comparing them with established quality benchmarks and business criteria.
• Keep thorough documentation of data concerns and their solutions to promote transparency within the team.
• Report insights and suggestions to engineering and product development teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or closely related discipline.
• Knowledge of data annotation, labeling techniques, or quality assurance workflows.
• Experience using spreadsheets, database tools, or data visualization software.
• High attention to detail with a capability to identify inconsistencies in extensive datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting of issues and resolutions.
