Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a conduit between business needs and technical teams. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to gather and translate requirements, model processes, and produce precise documentation enabling the delivery of functional systems.
Primary Duties
- Collect and document business requirements, converting them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Visualize current and future business processes using tools like flowcharts and BPMN.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project scope and align goals.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and project results.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design solutions and define acceptance criteria.
- Lead user acceptance testing and assist with adoption after product launch.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst within technology or consulting sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional written communication and the ability to produce structured documentation.
- Effective stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a fully remote work environment and flexible scheduling. The salary range is competitive and based on experience and location, typically between $70,000 and $110,000 USD, supplemented by benefits.
