Data Entry Specialist - GPS & Vehicle Data Management

Job Overview

We seek a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to handle GPS devices and vehicle-related data management tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate digital records and coordinating between various teams and government portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and update daily GPS and vehicle information using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Verify and maintain accurate records of Vehicle Number, Chassis Number, IMEI, SIM Number, and GPS device specifics.
• Submit vehicle and GPS data on relevant Government and RTO GPS portals.
• Generate and distribute GPS and VLTD certificates following the completion of prescribed procedures.
• Maintain updated vehicle and certificate status within internal spreadsheets.
• Monitor GPS device data using tracking software and communicate with technicians to resolve inaccuracies or missing information.
• Ensure timely follow-up on GPS activation, certification, and portal-related tasks.
• Maintain thorough documentation and prevent errors or duplication in data entries.
• Provide basic customer interaction concerning certificate status updates.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient computer and internet skills with experience in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong typing speed combined with high accuracy in data entry.
• Comfortable navigating and using online portals and proprietary software systems.
• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Quick learner, able to adapt to new software tools and processes efficiently.
• Responsible and meticulous when managing sensitive vehicle data.
