  • Assist in building tools and automations for data transformation, handling, deployment, and monitoring that operate on batch or real-time data streams.
  • Work alongside team members to write queries for data extraction and compilation, employ orchestration techniques for automating extraction processes, and adapt raw data for downstream uses.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts maintaining the data pipeline's health, investigate causes of alerts, and implement basic corrective solutions to reduce pipeline failures.
  • Troubleshoot basic platform issues flagged during testing, escalating more complex problems as required.

  • Experience creating tools and automation for data management and processing.
  • Collaborative experience in data extraction, compilation, and transformation.
  • Ability to monitor data pipeline alerts and conduct escalation when necessary.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and anomalies in data engineering contexts.
  • Preferred candidates have 2+ years’ professional experience.
  • Experience in developing orchestration mechanisms to automate data extraction workflows.
