Data Coordinator - Core Laboratory

About the Role and Company

Medpace Clinical Research India is expanding and is seeking a full-time Data Coordinator to join the Core Laboratory/Imaging Services team based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves collaborating within a team to undertake critical tasks and projects essential to the organization's success. Medpace is a global clinical contract research organization offering phase I-IV clinical development services across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors, aiming to accelerate the creation of safe and effective medical treatments worldwide. The company operates over 40 countries with a focus on numerous therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiology, metabolic disorders, endocrinology, central nervous system conditions, and infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing documents related to Core Lab Data Management.
• Validate data transfers and associated editing programs to ensure accuracy.
• Manage data cleaning processes through reviewing edits and implementing necessary data corrections.
• Coordinate external data transfers efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a health-related discipline.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail with proficient knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Have 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments preferred.
